RETURN & REFUND POLICY

​We have a 14-day return policy. Returns can be made within 14 days from the shipping date if you have submitted an online return / refund request form here 14-days from receiving the product. You can also email us at info.asoc.me@gmail.com citing your order number AFTER submitting the form. You will receive an acknowledgement email from us to move forward with shipping in your return package.

If 14 days have gone since your package is delivered, unfortunately, we can not accept your return and we cannot provide any refund or exchange.

To protect all buyers and maintain product hygiene, please note:

  • Product must be in original condition - unopened, unused, undamaged, clean, all tags attached. 

  • Anything worn, washed, smelled, torn opened, tags detached (impacting a second sale) is not eligible for refund

  • These items are also not eligible for return / refund - discounted items, free samples or gift from us, inner wear, body / swim suits, earrings, necklaces, hair pieces due to hygiene concern

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You must print out our return shipping acknowledgement email and include in your return package or else we will not be able to process the return

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to negligence - including but not limited to - providing wrong contact information and address, not picking up calls or bells from courier in person, lost among your neighbors, not retrieving / no record of retrieving your own package at your areas’ courier pickup point etc

  • We also are not responsible for skincare/make up products you suspect you might be allergic to - please kindly read the product descriptions before buying

  • A return and refund request with image or video proofs needs to be submitted via here within 7 days of receiving the product for our approval to receive the product for our further physical inspection by our inspectors for final refund approval

  • We only accept further investigation for products that are clearly in the below condition from the image / video proof:

    • Can clearly see via unopened packaging that it is of wrong color, wrong product, obvious damage only

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • The fund shall automatically arrive at your original payment method around 7 working days from our refund release via our bank

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence it will be beneficial if you can provide track-and-trace for return shipment

 

Wrong product:
If you need to exchange or refund a wrong product, please fill in the return form as cited above and afterwards you can also contact us by mail: info.asoc.me@gmail.com. We will process the exchange or refund if it meets the above criteria.

Exchange:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective or damaged product for the same product, please fill in the return form as cited above and afterwards you can also contact us by mail: info.asoc.me@gmail.com. We will process the exchange if it meets the above criteria.

 

Change of mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

Cancel the order:

We usually ship immediately the orders. Therefore any cancellation request will likely follow the above Return and refund policy flow.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order if you see the status is not shipped yet, then please contact us immediately  by submitting the return form and also email us. However we will not guarantee that we can process the cancellation if the shipping process has started.
** All eligible refunds are to be issued after receiving the return form on time, the returned damaged or wrong product and passed out product inspection. It may take up to 4 days to reflect in your checking account. We try hard to fulfill our customers requests.
